We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 within a 50-mile radius of our location. For orders outside this region, we charge a flat rate of $10 for shipping and handling. Return & Exchange Policy
Our goal at Greenhand Gardens is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
